Hosta 'Night Flight'

[M] Not Don Dean's typical blue, but a beautiful plant that will soar quietly among the flashier hostas in your shade garden. Hosta 'Night Flight' has smooth, blue-green leaves that are gently twisted, with softly ruffled margins. Sultry purple petioles hold the leaves in a horizontal nature, showing purple reaching up the center vein. 'Night Flight' forms a low mound about 16" tall and 40" across that blooms in late summer with stout purple scapes of fertile lavender flowers.
