Hosta 'Tears in Heaven'

[M] Perhaps Hans Hansen's best blue ruffled hybrid, yet. 'Tears in Heaven' is the result of multiple crosses involving 'Neptune', 'Fulda', 'Joy Ride', and 'Winfield Blue'. With such elite parents, it's no surprise that the intense color rivals the best blues in the hosta kingdom, and holds late into the season. The pointed leaves are deeply folded and cupped, with strongly ruffled edges. Hosta 'Tears in Heaven' forms an upright, fountain-like mound about 15" tall and 28" wide that blooms in late summer with fertile, light lavender flowers. Beautiful! PP33297
