Hosta 'Tom Terrific'

[L] Finally...a large yellow hosta with purple petioles! Master pollen dabber Bob Solberg crossed 'Key West' with his best purple petiole breeder to create this upright, heavy substanced beauty. 'Tom Terrific' holds its yellow color all season, and the rounded, deeply veined, domed leaves show their sieboldiana heritage by developing light corrugation at maturity. Hosta 'Tom Terrific' is named after Tom Micheletti, past president of the American Hosta Society and a great hosta friend!
