Mangave 'Purple People Eater'

A fun, feisty, and very friendly hybrid of Agave pablocarrilloi, Agave macroacantha, and a purple speckled manfreda.  Mangave 'Purple People Eater' forms a thick leafed rosette that is heavily frosted in lavender.  The color is strongest toward the center of the plant, and intensified by lots of sun.  Mangave 'Purple People Eater' really stands out when accompanied by yellow succulents!  PP29949

Special Note - We do our best to carefully pack your Mangave, so they arrive safely. The leaves are very brittle, though, so there will likely be a few broken leaves. New leaves will grow quickly to replace any that are broken.
