Hosta 'Ava Ann'

[M] Bright and cheery, just like its namesake, this new introduction from Jim Heinz lights up like a piercing ray of sunshine. Hosta 'Ava Ann' has smooth leaves that are gently folded and edged with soft ruffles. It's infectious personality is the star of the spring garden, with brilliant yellow color. Some morning sun will help hold the bright color longer into the summer. Hosta 'Ava Ann' is a strong grower that forms a low mound about 13" tall and 31" across that blooms in early summer with tall scapes of large, lavender-blushed flowers that set viable seed.
