Hosta 'Sunflower Smiles'

[L]  Sometimes we have to create our own happiness, which is exactly what this Dan Wols' hybrid of 'Cutting Edge' x 'Sutter's Mill' does.  Hosta 'Sunflower Smiles' has 16" long by 12" wide leaves with deep veins, light corrugation, and decoratively rippled margins.  The heavy foliage starts out chartreuse before brightening to gold.  The gold color holds the remainder of the season.  Give Hosta 'Sunflower Smiles' plenty of space, as the mature mound will reach at least 26" tall and 60" across.
