Hosta 'Breakwater'

[M] Soft spring colors and showy variegation are the hallmark of Hosta 'Breakwater', a Hosta montana seedling from Randy Goodwin. Heart-shaped, lightly textured leaves emerge in the spring soft blue-green before turning green later in the season. A wide, creamy-yellow edge randomly streaks toward the leaf center and eventually turns white. Hosta 'Breakwater' slowly grows into a pastel hued mound about 12" tall and 30" wide that blooms with fertile, near-white flowers in early summer.
