Hosta 'Coast to Coast'
[L] When Olga releases a new plant, you can be sure of two things...it will be big and it will be a thing of beauty. This is no exception! Emerging chartreuse-gold in the spring, a little direct sun will bring the plant into its full-on golden glory by mid summer. The heavy leaves are slightly cupped, deeply veined, intensely puckered, and lightly rippled around the edge. Throw in white leaf undersides and you have no shortage of character here! Hosta 'Coast to Coast' forms a sturdy, vase-like clump at least 30" high and 40" across and blooms with light lavender flowers held just above the foliage in mid summer.
