Hosta 'Dixie’s Memory'

[S-M] This seedling from 'Blue Mouse Ears Supreme' is a beautiful and distinct tribute to Gary Myers' wife. 'Dixie’s Memory' has broad, smooth, deep green leaves that are deeply folded and trimmed by wide, wavy, creamy-yellow margins. Leaf substance is very good, thanks to its relation to 'Blue Mouse Ears'. Hosta 'Dixie’s Memory' holds its foliage in a strongly upright fashion, growing into a 16" tall by 24" wide clump that blooms with fertile lavender flowers in early summer. Perhaps the nicest seedling out of the Mouse Ears family, yet!
