[VL] Bigger than 'Sum and Substance'? That's what Mary Chastain says! Huge, heavy, dark green leaves are strongly veined and can reach 15" long or more. The leaves are fairly glossy, somewhat wavy, and develop light puckering with age. Hosta 'Lakeside Maverick' forms a tremendous, spreading clump about 84" wide and 36" tall...whoa! Fertile, white flowers open in mid summer.
