Hosta 'Silver Light'

[M] We offered just a few of these once quite a few years ago, and we finally have more!  René Knoppert of The Netherlands brings us this incredible hybrid of 'Hadspen Blue' x 'Sky Dancer'. Sure to get the blue hosta fanatics excited, the lightly puckered and gently undulating leaves of 'Silver Light' are an intense, silvery-blue that rivals such iconic blues as 'Skylight' and 'Titanium'. The foliage has good substance and the blue color holds late into the season. Hosta 'Silver Light' will form a shimmering mound in your garden at least 10" tall and 24" across, and hybridizers will be happy to know that the pale lavender flowers that bloom in mid summer are fertile!
