Hosta 'Talking Point'

[M] This hybrid of 'Salute' x 'Hyuga Urajiro' from Doug Beilstein will be a real conversation starter for your garden visitors. Hosta 'Talking Point' brings a unique look to the garden with narrow, pointed leaves over 13" long that often flare up along the edges toward the end of the leaf. Foliage is smooth, with closely spaced kikutii-style veining and white leaf backs. Substance is good and the blue spring color turns to dark green later in the summer. Hosta 'Talking Point' grows into a distinctive starburst-shaped clump about 18" tall and 34" across that blooms with horizontal scapes of soft lavender flowers in late summer.
