Hosta 'Mystic Seaport'

[M] The historic port town of Mystic, Connecticut has been a center for ship building since the 1600's. Rick Goodenough continues his theme of honoring important New England landmarks with this open pollinated seedling out of 'Lavender Stockings'. The elongated, pointed leaves of Hosta 'Mystic Seaport' are a gorgeous shade of aqua-blue, and are trimmed with fanciful, ruffled margins. Lavender blushed petioles hold the foliage in an upright, arching mound, giving Hosta 'Mystic Seaport' an elegant, architectural form. Blooms with lavender flowers mid summer.
