Hosta 'Shocking Mandy'

[S-M] One of Jeff Moore's hybridizing goals has been to create unique misted plants, such as this cross of 'Misted Mandy' x 'Electric Eve'. Hosta 'Shocking Mandy' emerges in the spring with nearly white leaves that gradually become more misted with green through the summer. The long, narrow foliage is ruffled and twisted, creating a motion filled clump that offers more character than other misted varieties. Like most plants of this style, Hosta 'Shocking Mandy' will give her best show in a location with morning sun and light shade the remainder of the day. Lavender flowers complete the show.
