Hosta 'Snake Charmer'

[M] A charming new introduction from Bev and Dave Stegeman that is a hybrid involving 'Mikawa-no-yuki', 'One Man's Treasure', and 'Yoshinogawa'. The long, narrow green leaves of 'Snake Charmer' have closely spaced veins and form a graceful, arching mound about 13" tall and 30" across. In late summer, deep red scapes snake horizontally from between the foliage. Each scape branches, and blooms with fertile lavender flowers. Go ahead, let Hosta 'Snake Charmer' put you in a hosta trance!
