Hakonechloa macra 'Aureola'

Japanese Forest Grass is an elegant grass for the woodland garden. Hakonechloa forms slowly expanding, weeping mounds of green and gold striped foliage. In the chilly fall air, the leaves become blushed with orange and red. Fantastic when positioned on a slope where it can flow over and around walls or boulders! At its best when grown in moist soil.
