This Lady Fern brings a little extra texture to the shade garden. Athyrium 'Fronds Forever' has bright green fronds made up of wide, closely spaced pinna, each tipped with a flat fan. This phenomenon is called cresting and the tip of the frond also ends in a fanned tassel. Overall, Athyrium 'Fronds Forever' forms a full, dense clump of feathery foliage that creates visual interest when paired with the broad leaves of hostas. Vigorous and deer resistant.
