Hosta 'Focal Point'

[Mini]  Leave it to master hybridizer Don Dean to construct a pedigree this astonishing! Coming from an exceptionally complex cross involving 'Fire Island' and several species selections, Hosta 'Focal Point' proves that big impact can come in a tiny package.

This true miniature steals the spotlight wherever you plant it. Standing just 6" high and fanning 15" wide, the bright yellow foliage flares gracefully upward in an energetic, starry rosette. Each narrow, pointed leaf features smooth texture and crisp, clean margins that hold their eye-catching color through the summer.  In late summer, neat scapes carry delicate, light lavender flowers that are perfectly scaled to match the petite clump.

Looking for the perfect centerpiece in a trough or miniature rock garden? Hosta 'Focal Point' is the one!  Hybridizers will also love knowing those late-season blooms are fertile and ready for fun breeding projects. This is the perfect tiny treasure for anyone who appreciates big personality in a small footprint.
