[M] Hosta 'Forbidden Planet' is another spectacular winner from Mike Vasey's legendary pairing of 'Sugar Plum' x 'Foxfire Irish Moon'! Stiff, saturated purple petioles proudly display round, distinctly domed yellow leaves wrapped in a smooth, waxy finish. Because those unique leaves are held high like intriguing UFO's, they show off the dark purple stems underneath. Hosta 'Forbidden Planet' combines architectural form with rich color contrast in one beautiful plant.
