Hosta 'Gabriel's Wing'

[VL] One of the first sports of the giant 'Empress Wu'. Hosta 'Gabriel's Wing' forms a massive mound of huge, moderately textured leaves edged with gold margins. Compared to Hosta 'Wu-La-La', the margin color is brighter, making a showier plant. Hosta 'Gabriel's Wing' grows into a 28" tall by 60" wide mound that blooms early summer with fertile, light lavender flowers. This one can handle lots of sun in northern gardens, which turns the gold margin creamy-white.
