Gifted to Dave Chopko by Cliff Russell, the original owner of Russell Wholesale Nursery, more than 8 years ago as a streaked sport of 'Powder Blue', it’s a generous, vigorous, and truly beautiful plant! Watch the magic happen when the heavy, powdery blue leaves emerge in spring with an impossible-to-miss pure white center. As the season matures, this pristine center slowly fades to a lovely, light blue-green streaked pattern. This continuous color evolution ensures season-long visual interest. 'Gifted' forms a robust, semi-upright mound to 27" tall and at least 50" across, lifting its beautifully corrugated foliage for maximum display. Adding a delicate touch of color, Hosta  'Gifted' blooms in midsummer with fertile, light lavender, bell-shaped flowers.
