Hosta 'Hot Stuff'

[M]  Danny Van Eechaute knew he had a real sizzler to serve us hosta collectors when he selected this stabilized sport from 'Red Cloud'!  Hosta 'Hot Stuff' turns heads with its exceptionally graceful, semi-upright clump form and top-tier variegation. Broad, lightly puckered leaves feature near teal-blue-green centers edged by wide yellow borders that frame each leaf beautifully. Hosta 'Hot Stuff' showcases reddish-purple petioles below the 14" tall by 31" wide mound that bring extra drama to the plant's elegant shape. Fertile, pale lavender flowers bloom in midsummer.
