Hosta 'Kinky Boots'

[M] This one has a wild side, and it doesn't bother trying to hide it! 'Kinky Boots' is a sport of 'Peek-a-boo Purple' from Don Dean with long, narrow blue-green leaves trimmed by relatively wide, heavily ruffled, creamy-yellow margins. The entire clump seems to shimmer with movement! Petioles are burgundy-purple and the plant looks attractive all summer. Hosta 'Kinky Boots' quickly forms a flared, flowing mound about 13" tall and 34" across that blooms with long purple scapes of fertile lavender flowers in mid summer.
