Hosta 'Major Bedhead'

[M-L]  We all have those mornings where we roll out of bed with a wild, untamed head of hair, but leave it to Mike Vasey to turn that messy look into hosta perfection! Crossing 'Sun Power' with 'Blueberry Muffin', he created a medium-to-large plant that wears its unruly habit with serious pride. Hosta 'Major Bedhead' is ready to bring its fun personality to your shade garden!

The heavy foliage is wonderfully tousled. Each elongated leaf features heavily rippled margins and a playful twist that points every which way, mimicking a charmingly uncombed mane straight out of the covers. The thick waxy coating gives the entire mound a frosty blue look that stands up remarkably well to summer heat.

Hosta 'Major Bedhead' has a delightfully disheveled look that will give garden visitors a good chuckle and encouragement to embrace the ultimate bad hair day!
