[S] Not all hostas need to be bright and flashy to be worthy of growing. 'Serendipity' is a prime example of a good garden plant that quietly goes about looking good and growing well with no fuss. This hybrid of 'Blue Cadet' x 'Tokudama' has small, heart-shaped, blue-green leaves that are gently cupped and lightly dimpled. Quick to form a dense mound, Hosta 'Serendipity' will reach about 12" tall and 18" across in no time. Near-white flowers bloom in mid summer. A great plant to use for mass planting.
