Hosta 'Solitude'

[M] A rarely seen hybrid from Don Dean involving multi generation crosses of 'Frosted Dimples', 'Sea Frolic'. 'Tsuma Tajima', and 'Pewterware'. 'Solitude' has silvery-blue leaves that are gently cupped, lightly dimpled, and nicely ruffled along the margins. A very calm and soothing look. Hosta 'Solitude' forms a low mound about 14" tall and 34" across that blooms in late summer with fertile, light lavender, bell-shaped flowers.
