Hosta 'Valley's Glossy Veins'

[L]  An impressive introduction from Jeroen Linneman.  'Valley's Glossy Veins' is a seedling out of 'Uncle Albert' with big, pointed leaves that are extremely glossy.  The green leaves are boldly veined, with decorative "stitching" developing with maturity.  Ruffled leaf edges complete the package, making for a beautiful garden focal point.  Hosta 'Valley's Glossy Veins' blooms in late summer with fertile, very attractive, purple striped flowers.
