Hosta 'White Feather'
[S] One of those "white" sports of 'Undulata' that originated in Holland. This plant emerges pure white in spring and gradually becomes streaked with green. By mid summer, the plant is mostly green. Not the easiest plant to grow, but Hosta 'White Feather' grows fairly well when given good soil and bright shade. Forms a clump about 8" tall by 16" across that is really shocking in the spring! Lavender flowers in mid summer.
Most Hosta 'White Feather' on the market are field grown in Holland and infected with HVX. Our plants are grown from HVX free tissue culture liners and have never been in the field.
